1. Product Safety & Compliance

SOMBX is committed to ensuring that all products sold are safe and comply with applicable consumer protection standards.

In accordance with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), we ensure that all garments meet general safety expectations for everyday wear.

2. Age Restrictions

Our products are intended for adults unless otherwise specified on the product page.

3. EU Legal Guarantee

Customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee under EU consumer protection law.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and product conformity issues. It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper washing or handling

  • Damage caused after delivery

4. Returns & Refunds

All SOMBX products are made to order through our fulfillment partner. Because of this, returns are handled under the following conditions.

EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right

EU customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unworn

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Items must be in original packaging

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after contacting us.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

  4. Ship the item to the address provided after approval

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6. Care Instructions

To maintain product safety and quality:

  • Follow washing instructions on garment labels

  • Avoid excessive heat

  • Do not use harsh chemicals unless specified

  • Inspect garments regularly for wear or damage

7. Privacy Policy

We collect only necessary personal information to process orders, including name, shipping address, email, and payment details (processed securely by third-party providers).

We use this information to:

  • Fulfill orders

  • Provide customer support

  • Improve our services
